Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 working days depending on your city. Remote areas may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched.
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact. Returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item received. Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order. Repeated refusals or unavailability may result in COD being restricted on your account.
