Shipping and Handling

All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days depending on your city. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by the courier. For any delivery concerns, reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We take great care in packing every order securely. However, if your parcel arrives with damaged packaging or appears to have been opened prior to delivery, please refuse to accept it and raise a complaint with the courier representative on the spot. The courier company will be responsible for any such damage during transit. To protect your purchase, always record a video while opening your parcel. Without an unboxing video, we will be unable to process any damage or missing item claims.
